Abstract

This thesis is dedicated to professional qualification structures with an emphasis on optimization. The first, theoretical part focuses on the findings from the literature and other resources about the labor market, education, qualifications, description and job analysis and optimization. In the second part is presented the group Třinecké železárny and analyzed professional qualification structure of the company. Based on this have been identified deficiencies in the qualification structure of employees and proposed stepsand recommendations for improvement.
