Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with the problems connected with mathematical modelling of accidental releases of ammonia. Work mainly includes modeling of releases from ice stadium using non-commercial software ALOHA. For the needs of the work, total of 96 tasks were modeled in ALOHA software. Tasks were divided according to the point of leak, the season, elapsed time from release and the strength and direction of wind. Results of the ALOHA program were then compared with those of commercial software ANSYS Fluent. The work also introduces the reader to chemical ammonia, which was used for modeling tasks.
