Ocenění vybraného podniku vyrábějícího hudební nástroje

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá oceněním podniku YAMAHA CORPORATION ke dni 31.5. 2023 za použití dvoufázové metody DCF-Entity. Práce je rozčleněna na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy, ukazatele a proměnné používané v oblasti oceňování podniku a rovněž metody a fáze procesu oceňování podniku. V praktické části je charakterizován vybraný podnik, následně je provedena strategická a finanční analýza. Posléze je sestaven finanční plán, ve kterém je uvažováno se třemi scénáři vývoje. Následně je provedeno ocenění tohoto podniku dvoufázovou metodou DCF-Entity a rovněž je provedena citlivostní analýza. Výsledky jsou posléze interpretovány.

This diploma thesis deals with the valuation of YAMAHA CORPORATION as of May 31, 2023, using two-phase DCF-Entity method. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part the concepts, indicators, and variables used in business valuation sphere are defined, as well as the methods and stages of the business valuation process are defined. In the practical part the selected company is characterized and then strategic and financial analysis is being made. Subsequently, a financial plan is created and 3 scenarios of progress are being made. Then, the valuation of this company is done by using the two-stage DCF-Entity method, and a sensitivity analysis is also created. Ultimately, the results are interpreted.
