Mzdová problematika ve vybrané obchodní společnosti

Abstract

Bakalářská práce „Mzdová problematika ve vybrané obchodní společnosti“ se zabývá problematikou mezd, jejich výpočtem a účtováním ve společnosti Alfa Ventil, s.r.o. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy pracovněprávních vztahů, výpočet mezd, účtování. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu výpočtu a účtování výše mezd. Dále je předmětem analýzy stanovení výše mezd při dosahování rozdílné hranice výše měsíčních tržeb ve společnosti. Dále je zaměřena na zhodnocení výsledků analýzy a popisu zjištěných nedostatků.

Bachelor thesis "Payroll Issues in the Selected Business Company" is dealing with the issue of wages, their calculation and accounting of company Alfa Valve, Ltd. In theoretical part of the basic concepts of labor relations, payroll calculation, accounting. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the calculation and accounting of the amount of wages. Furthermore, the analysis is the determination of the amount of wages in achieving the different boundaries of monthly sales in the company. It is focused on the evaluation of the results of the analysis and description of the identified deficiencies.
