Abstract

This thesis is divided and structured in seven basic chapters. Each chapter contains subchapters and sub-chapters. The theoretical part sets out basic concepts. Practical chapters deal with risk management in the selected industrial enterprise, mainly SWOT, PESTLE, FMEA analysis, Ishakawa diagram, creation of Pareto diagram and rendering of the Lorenz curve. These methods identified the most serious risks and subsequently suggested treatment. The risk that arises as a result of cooperation with suppliers is treated with the search for relevant data on solvency also for comparison of tenders with possible contractors. Legislative risks have been treated in the finding of international treaties or drafts of documents for tax remission. The USD exchange rate fixation was treated instead of unstable exchange rate of USD. The qualification of workers has become another a treated risk. This treatment was proposed in the form of qualified training.
