Marcela Halířová, Ph.D. The subject of this bachelor thesis is making the project documentation for the building permit and the technological process of the implementation of the flat roof of a residential house. The parts of bachelor thesis are also the schelude of works and budget of technological phase of realization the flat roof. The designed object with three floors above the ground will be made with Porotherm building system. In the object there are 5 flats with disposition 3+kk and 2+kk. The technological proces is focused on implementation of the roof cladding with the thermal insulation layer made of expanded polystyrene and waterproofing layer made of asphalt belts.
