Abstract

The thesis proposes to more efficient the system of remuneration of workers in selected industrial company. The goal is to analyze the current state of compensation through the analysis of wage regulation, its application and analysis of labour cost. Furthermore a suggestion of more efficient remuneration procedure in selected company from the identified results. This thesis is divided into several chapters. The first chapter deals with the theoretical basis of remuneration and its control. The second chapter focuses on a short description of the company, its history, mission and goals. The current situation of the remuneration system is described in the following chapter. The last chapter contains proposals of solutions to the problem and recommendations.
