Význam říční krajiny Stonávky a její ochrana

Abstract

Presented thesis is dealing with the significance of river landscape at the meander of river Stonavka in the Karvina district. Part of this work is malacological research and recommendation for declaration of Meander Stonavka to be protected field of natural landscape. The theoretical part is dealing with the study of river landscape significance and biota, which is characteristic for this type of landscape. Following is the legal framework of river landscape protection based on valid legislative in the Czech Republic and then the methodology to the declaration of small area protected fields. Next part of the thesis is characterizing model group of mollusk. Following the research part is the practical part in which are mentioned discovered outcomes from the studies of researched landscape, malacological research and worked out recommendation to declare the Meander Stonavka as the protected field. At the conclusion are summaries of all discovered outcomes and their commentary.
