Abstract

This diploma project describes issues of cleaning wastewater in ČOV Příbor regarding accomplished reconstruction of this water purification plant. The project is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The current legislation of water preservation is mentioned in the introduction of the theoretical part. Subsequently, the discussed area and the technology of cleaning wastewater in ČOV Příbor are described. Next part is dealing with a description of a reconstruction of biological degree of cleaning and sediment management of the water purification plant in Příbor. The theoretical part is finished with the characteristic of observed indicators. The practical part includes complete overview of the development of cleaning of wastewater during the years 2010 to 2016. Each of the indicators are treated both from concentration and balance point of view and are followed by the overview of the development of sediment management including its evaluation during the years 2010 to 2016.
