Tvorba etického kodexu zaměstnanců městského úřadu Otrokovice a jeho implementace

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on process of creating and implementing of a code of conduct for employees of Otrokovice municipality. The aim of the thesis is to create a draft of the code that would reflect character and values of the organization and its employees. This was also attempted by the original draft that wasn't approved. In practical part of the thesis, management's remarks to the original draft were analyzed while attitudes of employees were analyzed by half-structurated interview. From obtained data was created final draft of the code of conduct and recommendations concerning monitoring and communication.
