Abstract

This master thesis deals with improvement competitive advantage of company. The thesis is divided into three main parts: theory, analysis and recommendation. The first part includes general information about competition, competitive advantage. Company is presented in the analytical part, after analysises: STEP, SWOT, measurement of entrepreneurial potential. On the basis of analysis results is suggested which recommendation to improvement competitive advantage of company.
