Bydlení pro seniory - Frýdek-Místek, varianta B

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zaobírá aktuálním tématem staveb pro seniory. Přehled obecně známých a normovaných dílčích způsobů vedoucích k samotné realizaci jsou diskutovány v první, teoreticky zaměřené části práce. Praktická část využívá základní poznatky vymezeného území s průzkumem a rozborem současného stavu (význam řešeného území, širší vztahy, vazba na územní plán, urbanisticko-architektonické koncepce) s fotodokumentací pro vlastní návrh objektu domova s pečovatelskou službou (DPS). Návrh objektu počítá s umístněním ve Frýdku-Místku a je navržen jako objekt rodinného typu. Návrh správní budovy respektuje zásady bezbariérového užívání vnějších a vnitřních prostor osobami s omezenou schopností pohybu a orientace. Dále práce zahrnuje urbanistický návrh okolí objektů a areálu, návrh komunikací a parkovacích stání, návrh odpočinkové a sportovní zóny, návrh hřiště pro seniory, doplnění inženýrských sítí, napojení na dopravní a technickou infrastrukturu a návrh veřejné zeleně a mobiliáře. Nedílnou součástí této práce je průvodní a souhrnná technická zpráva k vlastnímu návrhu, stručné ekonomické zhodnocení návrhu a dosažené výsledky a jejich zhodnocení.

The thesis concerns with current discussed theme of building for seniors. The first part of thesis, theoretical oriented part, discuss the overview of well-known and normalized partial ways, which will be used for realization. The practical part uses the basic knowledge of the assigned area with exploration and analysis of current state (meaning of the solved area, broader relationship, connection to the city planning, architectural-urban concepts) with photographic documentation, for real project of building for seniors with home care service. The project of building is situated in Frýdek – Místek and is projected as family type building. Administrative building is projected with principles of barrier-free use of external and internal premises for persons with reduced mobility. At the end the thesis contains the urban design of surrounding of buildings and premises, design of roads and parking places, design of recreational and sports areas, design of course for seniors, addition of underground utilities, connection to transport and technical infrastructure and design of public green and furniture. Integral part of this work is accompanying report and summary technical report for the created design, brief economic evaluation of design and achieved results and their evaluation.
