Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is the analysis of the employee motivation and benefits and overall employee satisfaction in the ROBE lighting s. r. o. The first part is devoted to the theory of motivation and definition of the term employee benefits, their classification and possible applications in the company. In the second part there is characteristics of ROBE lighting s. r. o. with focus on history, products and manufacturing process. In the third part is described communication with employees and provided employee benefits in the company. This section also includes the questionnaire investigation. In the final part the results of the investigation are evaluated and suggestions for improvement are stated.
