Vyhodnocení účinnosti biodegradace kontaminovaných zemin ex situ v CELIO, a.s.

Abstract

This diploma work deals with the problem of the methods of decontamination. It is focused primarily on the ex situ method which is applied to the decontamination area of the CELIO a.s. waste site. A special method of bioremediation is applied there, using micro-organisms that can decrease or clear the contaminated waste. The diploma work deals in particular with the evaluation and assessment of the decrease in oil substances after the application of this bioremediation method ex situ at the CELIO waste site. The possible further use of this transformed soil has been suggested on the basis of the proven results.
