Malý a střední podnik

Abstract

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je malý a střední podnik. Cílem práce je popis všech administrativních úkonů souvisejících se založením dané právní formy podniku včetně vyplnění zákonem stanovených formulářů. Dále zpracování podnikatelského plánu s důrazem na plán finanční, který by měl zmapovat a nasimulovat první roky činnosti podniku a jeho předpokládanou finanční situaci s přihlédnutím k legislativním omezením a současnému podnikatelskému prostředí. Teoretická část práce obsahuje fakta o společnosti s ručením omezeným, dále jsou v ní uvedena specifika malého a středního podnikání. Praktická část se zabývá simulací založení společnosti s ručením omezeným a sestavením jejího podnikatelského plánu.

The topic of my bachelor’s thesis is small and medium size enterprise. The goal of the thesis is to describe all the administrative operations related to the foundation of the given legal form of an enterprise including filling in all the compulsory forms. Further on the thesis deals with the preparation of a business plan with the emphasis on the financial plan which should survey and simulate the first steps of the enterprise and its prospective financial situation in terms of legislative restrictions and the contemporary entrepreneurial environment. The theoretical part of the thesis contains details about a limited liability company as well as specifications of a small and medium size enterprise. The practical part deals with simulation of the foundation of a limited liability company and preparation of its business plan.
