Abstract
This thesis is devoted to the time-frequency analysis of audio signals. The first part deals with the basic characterization of signals. The following part describes algorithms that are used for this analysis. This incudes Fourier series and transform for calculation of spectrum, and other algorithms for calculating the spectrogram and analysis of stochastic signals. The practical part is processed in MATLAB and Simulink and is divided into two parts, processing of music signals and speech signals. The outcome of this section is to develop scripts for analysis of audio signals.
