The bachelor thesis deals with emergency survival in the 21st century. It defines the basic concepts related to emergency survival and describes emergency accommodation during the floods in 1997. The work is focused on the modernization of emergency accommodation, description of equipment and resources available to the Fire and Rescue Service of the Olomouc Region. The aim of the work is to modernize emergency accommodation, design space equipment and provide emergency guests with comfort and standard conditions for living in an emergency.
