Mezipodnikové srovnání v odvětví automobilového průmyslu

Abstract

The subject of the thesis on topic „Benchmarking in automotive industry“ was to analyse financial conditions of two head car manufacturers – Skoda and Hyundai. The goal then was to compare these results. For comparison we chose following analysis: Horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements, analysis of balance rules, analysis of proportional ratios, analysis of ratio systems and then we did benchmarking using one of multi-criteria method. At the end we summarized the work and recommended solutions which are supposed to improve companies results in the future.
