Analýza mzdového systému ve vybrané obchodní korporaci

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the wage system in the Czech Republic and in a selected business corporation. The work is divided into five chapters, in addition to the introduction and conclusion, the content of the theoretical and practical part. The second chapter is focused on the issue of the wage system and its components in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, the development of individual types of wages is shown here using graphs. The issue in the above chapter is solved using the method of description and deduction. The third and fourth chapters are focused on the characteristics of the wage system in a selected business corporation and its subsequent analysis. The issue is illustrated using appropriate graphs and tables, and in these chapters methods of description, analysis and comparison are used. The results obtained by the analysis show that the business corporation has a well-established remuneration system, due to the satisfaction and especially the productivity of its employees.
