Abstract

The topic of my bachelor is to analyse competitive of pizzerias. The goal I have set is to find out the position and competitive of pizzeria Balcanica.To findings competitive position of pizzeria Balcanica I have used marketing development, Porter analyse competitive forces and position map. This work includes several chapters, including introduction and conclusion. First of all I introduced Pizzeria Balcanica and then I have created a chapter the theoretical background of analysis competition in services in which I have focused on the preparation and interpretation of competitive analysis in services. Following chapter work methodology which describes the methods and practices that work. During marketing development I have elected two methods of development: lookout metode which helped me to copmare four selected pizzeria around pizzeria Balcanica and methode questioning visitors of pizzeria. Under this chapter I have conducted a brief competitive analysis of pizzeria Balcanica. The results of my research were compiled in the program excel thanks to data matrice thank to it I was able to create graphs. After it I have analysed gfaphs and composed brief introductions.
