Abstract

The thesis focuses on analysing the factors influencing teamwork at COBA Automotive, s.r.o. The aim of the thesis was to identify and analyse the factors that affect teamwork within the company, as well as to assess the effectiveness of cooperation between ten different departments. To ensure accurate data evaluation, a questionnaire survey and observation were used as research methods. Based on the collected data, a positive impact on collaboration was observed, particularly in cases where tasks were clearly assigned and deadlines well defined. In contrast, factors such as previous experience and interpersonal relationships in the workplace were found to have a negative effect. Based on the findings from the survey and observation, several recommendations were proposed to the company. Firstly, the implementation of the 5 Whys method was suggested; secondly, a training program for team managers was proposed.
