Abstract
Waste and all problems associated with creation and waste management are controversial subject nowadays. This thesis deals with the waste problems of Czech republic. It describes waste management and legislation of Czech republic and European union. The main aim is analysis and evaluation of waste management. Proposed analysis leads into conclusions that improve the situation of waste management.
