Vývoj senzorů pro kontinuální monitorování glykémie

Abstract

The dissertation deals with the development of a sensor system for continuous blood glucose measurement, including both theoretical and practical aspects. The aim of the theoretical part was to design sensors for continuous measurement of glucose concentration, with an emphasis on the immobilization method with an enzyme, the choice of material and the shape of the electrodes, as well as the design of a measuring chain for sensing glucose concentration in real time, including a flow cell and solutions simulating body fluids. The practical part focused on laboratory verification of enzyme immobilization on a commercial electrode, including verification of immobilization stability and the used electrode material. Furthermore, the objective was the experimental verification of the designed measuring chain and the realization of the prototype of the electrode with a flow cell. The final step was the optimization of the electrode system. The results and conclusions of this work provide a comprehensive solution for the use of enzyme immobilization techniques and pilot designs of sensors with a consulted procedure for further work.
