Analýza logistických činností podniku

Abstract

Analysis of logistic activities of the company Theme of my bachelor work is Analysis of logistic activities of company. In my work I analyse logistic activities in company ZPT Vigantice spol. s r. o. The bussiness object of the company is research, development, production, installation and repairing, purchase and saling electrical machines and electronic appliances, medical instruments and means. Logistics concentrates on goods, cash and information flow between supplier and subscriber. This means that every company must be interested in logistics because it influences the bussiness success in some way. The main goal of logistics is to optimize goods, cash and information flow to be an optimal costs for the company. The goal of my work is analysis of logistic activities which are in progress in the company and eventually suggest better resolution of some proceses. Work is divided into three parts, prologue and conclusion. The first part goes in for theoretical delimitation of logistic conceptions, history and development of logistics. It si concretely directed on theoretical delimination of that part of logistics which I analyse in practical part. Raised attention goes in for supply and purchase area. The second part intents on introduction company ZPT Vigantice spol. s r. o., her foundation, development, politics and goals. Next I describe products which the company produce in this part. I do analyse of logistic activities of the company in the third part. I go in for description of particular proceses which proceed in the company. Raised attention accentuates description of particular activities in area of purchase, warehouses, material flows, development of new products and directing production.
