Vliv nástrojů aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti na trh práce v okrese Přerov

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with instruments of active employment policy in Přerov region. The aim of the thesis was to establish whether the usage of these instruments is beneficial for applicants and to what measure are they used. Theoretical part of the thesis is described in the first chapter which shall introduce concepts of unemployment. In the following part, the usage of instruments of active employment policy is analysed based on specific data of Úřad práce v Hranicích. Evaluation is implemented at the end of the thesis which describes not only positive side of active employment policy instruments, but also recommendations on how to solve deficiencies which occurred in this issue.
