Analýza financování činnosti Veslařského klubu Perun Ostrava

Abstract

Cílem mé bakalářské práce je analýza financování činnosti Veslařského klubu Perun Ostrava. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy, na základě kterých jsem čerpal a vycházel z nich v dalších kapitolách. Hlavní část práce je věnována charakteristice klubu. Je zde podrobněji zkoumána historie, provozní a sportovní činnost klubu a finanční zdroje klubu. Dále jsou zde uvedeny některé dokumenty, týkající se činnosti výboru klubu. Pomocí SWOT analýzy jsou rozpracovány silné a slabé stránky klubu a také příležitosti a hrozby, které mohou v budoucnu nastat. V závěru práce jsem shrnul výsledky SWOT analýzy a navrhl doporučení k budoucímu provozu a činnosti klubu.

This bachelor´s thesis aims to analyze financial activities of Perun Ostrava Rowing Club. In the theoretical part are explained basic terms, which I used in following chapters. Main part of this work is dedicated to club characteristics. I´m throughly discussing history of the club, operational and sport activities of the club and its financial resources. I´m also providing some documents, which have importance for the operations of the club board. By using SWOT analysis I´m elaborating strengths and weaknesses of the club and opportunities and threats, which may occur in the future. In the conclusion I sum up the outcomes of SWOT analysis and suggest recommendations for the future operations and activities of the club.
