Hodnocení zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybraném průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

This thesis deals with the evaluation of employee benefits in a chosen industrial enterprise. In the theoretical part a company of Strojírny a stavby Třinec, a.s. is described, in which the given issue is being solved. Furthermore, this part includes theoretical definition of employee benefits, its meaning, classification, characteristic and legislation for the provision. In practical part an analysis of individual employee benefits, accounting solution of chosen benefits and assessment of current state has been carried out. Based on the results, there are recommended proposals to improve current situation and these proposals are then evaluated.
