Abstract

The topics of this Bachelor thesis are employee benefits and satisfaction by examining the benefits offered in the company of Stora Enso Wood Products Ždírec, s.r.o. in IT division in Ostrava. In the theoretical part of this thesis I describe entities such as job satisfaction, employee benefits and methods of written inquiries as one of the methods satisfaction surveys. The practical part of the readers with Stora Enso Wood Products Ždírec, s.r.o., describes the already established system of employee benefits from the perspective of fiscal impact on employees and employers. Using a questionnaire survey of employees find satisfaction with the offered benefits. Based on the information management company, we offer suggestions to improve the system of fringe benefits.
