Abstract

The main goal of diploma thesis is the theoretical performance of the cornerstones of EU structural aid, while the performance of the Operational Programme Environment and its position in the program documents in the Czech Republic. In practical terms, focusing on the use of the Operational Programme Environment for the self-selected simplified project plan, which is applied to the priority axis of the program. The second theoretical chapter primarily focuses on the emergence, importance and role of economic and social cohesion, together with an indication of the basic terminology and an introduction to the utilization of structural aid from the EU funds in the Czech Republic. The chapter is also the second performance of the Operational Programme Environment. The specific objective is to focus on the role, importance and overall analysis of the program. The third chapter of the theoretical part of the Olomouc Region situational analysis and situational analysis to Prostejov. This analysis focuses on the basic economic, demographic, social and environmental characteristics. This chapter is also characteristic of the applicant for the grant, which is described in detail here. The aim of the practical fourth chapter is a detailed description of their project plan. The project plan called Modernisation of the existing district heating system, heat sources and heat and should be implemented in Prostéjov, which is located in the Olomouc region.
