Možnosti využití metody TRIZ v řízení a ekonomice podniku

Abstract

An idea about creating this diploma came from department of company economics, VSB-TUO, which is already for several years works with innovation topics. In first part of this diploma it was required to choose concrete topic of inovations, while about practical use of TRIZ, Russian inovation method, in other than economical systems, there is a number of world wide experimentators, trying to make this work for several years. The point of this diploma was to try experimentaly assume this technical method into economic subsystems. Original method was created by Russian guy Altshuller, later on was spread into USA, where its boom took place. Basics of this method are table of conflicts, where we assume common technical conflicts, which we try to solve (two at the same time wanted statuses, which often excludes each other). Second part is list of heuristics, which were discovered by studying few hundreds of thousands of patents, by which we try to solve conflicts from first part. Third, and the last part, is software Goldfire Innovator, which takes care about two previus parts, compeling them together, trying to help user to help solve conflicts. At the start there was set a starting hypothesis, which we tried during proces, accept or refuse. In our hypothesis, in short, we assumed we will be able to take on also technical conflicts as well as heuristics, but while their solving we wont be able to use adviced heuristics while solving conflicts, because of differences in between systems. Also we assumed, that because of complexity of economic system, and its close relation with other systems, we will miss additional heuristics for conflict solving. After finishing working on this diploma we came to conclusion, that first part of our hypothesis, about possibility of taking on got accepted, and we were able to take over this method. Second part, that we wont be able to use advices from technical side has got accepted also. Third part we couldnt neither accept, neither refuse.
