Návrh a realizace telemonitorovacího systému pro diabetologické ordinace

Abstract

Problematika zpracování, zálohování, sdílení a vhodné prezentace dat u pacientů s chronickým onemocněním diabetes mellitus byla hlavním námětem při vzniku tématu diplomové práce. Řešení obnášelo nastudování mechanismů využívaných při léčbě a dalších spojitostí zasahující až do úrovně veřejného zdravotnictví, používané technologie zdravotnických prostředků či bezpečné manipulace s citlivými daty. Ve spolupráci s diabetologickými ambulancemi proběhlo vytvoření návrhů a požadavků na strukturu a funkcionality programového vybavení, které je předmětem realizace v praktické části diplomové práce. Účelem aplikace je evidence záznamů fyziologických hodnot a provedených činností během léčebného režimu pacienta. Podmínku zajišťující přístup k uživatelským datům v reálném čase poskytuje synchronizace dat a telemedicínský přístup k datům ze strany lékaře nebo jiného zdravotnického personálu. Se souhlasem zúčastněných osob proběhlo uživatelské testování programového vybavení s využitím reálných dat. Zúčastnili se jej lékaři pracující především v oblasti diabetologie a náhodně selektovaní pacienti.

The problem of processing, backing up, sharing and the correct presentation of data of patients with a chronic disease diabetes mellitus was the main rationale behind choosing the theme of the diploma thesis. To suggest a solution, research on mechanisms used for a treatment and many other things linked with it, reaching the levels of public health care, technologies used by medical equipment or safe handling of sensitive data has been conducted. With the cooperation of diabetic ambulances, there have been proposals and requests made on the structure and functions of the software equipments, which will be discussed in the practical part of this diploma thesis. The purpose of applying this is to collect records of physiological values and previous treatments of the patient. The synchronisation of data and telemedicine user access from patients, doctors or medical staff enables to access a d view this data in a real time. With the permission of individuals who took part, testing of this software equipment, using real data has been conducted. Doctors specialised mostly in diabetology and randomly selected patients took part in this testing.
