Racionalizace správních a ekonomických kontrol celním úřadem

Abstract

After entrance of the Czech Republic to the European Union the Customs Service recorded order of organizational changes especially in verification activities. The summary of some of these methods performed by the customs office is described in this work. In the first part of this work there are described the organizational structure of the customs office and sections performing the verification activities. In the next part there are compiled and interpreted several sorts of verifications. Further then the analysis of verification activities is compiled together with risks which particular controls produce. In conclusion of this work there are placed my suggestions and recommendation of future possible steps in terms of the verification activity improvement performed by the customs office.
