Nástroj pro direct marketing a helpdesk na internetu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of email marketing and on-line help desk. The text of the thesis contains an introduction of some possibilities how to create general, professional and commercial email advertisements that are customer oriented as well as company oriented. The definition including the possibilities of advertising messages is also included in the text. The aim is to create a web application that handles advertising messages and campaigns containing promotional and educational content and help desk functionality. The web application is connected to the company email server and it is capable of sending and generating different kinds of advertising messages and mainly allows the evaluation of their effectiveness. The thesis contains required analysis for the application, proposal of the application and also description of the implementation. Finally there is also an example that shows functionality of the solution on real data.
