Dotace v rámci statutárních měst Moravskoslezského kraje

Abstract

This thesis deals with subsidies in the context of statutory cities of the Moravian - Silesian region. There was chosen the 2008 - 2012 time period and four statutory towns (specifically Frýdek - Místek, Havířov, Karviná and Opava) for the purpose of this work. Firstly, this work includes the description of grants from the theoretical point of view. Secondly, the budgets and subsequently only subsidies of statutory cities are analyzed according to items specified by the budget structure. The earmarked subsidies are the subject of detailed analysis afterwards. The entire analysis is carried out under the specified period. Then the thesis deals with the evaluation of the effect of these subsidies. The evaluation is carried out in relation to several specified aspects, such as terms of the types of subsidies, divided into current and capital, sources of funding aspect, i.e. who is the most frequent provider and the effectiveness point of view, where subsidies are assessed in relation to the purpose - built characters. On the basis of these aspects, all figures are always recalculated per head for all selected statutory cities on behalf of objective assessment of the situation in the area of subsidies.
