The subject of the Diploma thesis is construction project for Administrative building in Ostrava – Martinov in a given range. Administrative building is a five-storey partially basement building with one underground and four above – ground floors, masonry partially skeletal construction system and flat roof. The proposed building will be used for office building.

The Diploma thesis contains technical report for the construction part, drawing documentation, thermal and technical assessment of building, assessment of acoustic properties, energy label of the building envelope and static calculation of the ceiling above 2nd floor.
