Současná problematika odpadového hospodářství v městě Prešov a možnosti jeho zlepšení

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the current issue of waste management in the city of Prešov and its potential for improvement. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical ones. The theoretical part describes the existing valid legislation in the Slovak Republic and the current situation of municipal waste disposal in the city of Prešov. The practical part comprises an evaluated survey with the citizens of Prešov concerning the current collection and sorting of waste. The focus on the results obtained from the survey is in the discussion and conclusion.
