Abstract

BRISUDOVÁ, Lenka: New Family House Construction, Slezská Ostrava: VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Architecture, 2026. Supervisor: Ing. arch. Sandra Jüttnerová. The subject of my bachelor's thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction in accordance with Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act [1], as amended. The design of a new family house in Slezská Ostrava is based on a previously prepared architectural study, developed in the subject Studio Work 5, under the supervision of Ing. arch. Sandra Jüttnerová. The building is located in the cadastral area of Slezská Ostrava, on plots 2644, 2645, and 2646. The bachelor's thesis consists of a text and drawing section, which are prepared in accordance with the bachelor's thesis assignment and with a specialization in architecture.
