Personální management

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to identify and assess the current state of employee motivation and reward programmes, and to suggest appropriate alternatives to the current situation in place. The proposed hypothesis suggests that such alternatives would improve or replenish the company and thereby help to improve employee satisfaction and increase business performance. The first section is devoted to personnel management, remuneration and the motivation of employees, taken from a theoretical point of view. The second part of the thesis focuses on the basic information of the company and its current incentives. The study also features an evaluated questionnaire and suggested options for improving the current situation.
