Analýza produktů stavebních spořitelen v České republice

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is comparing product of building societies and consequently analysis which is on the base of multiple decision methods. Products of building savings are divided into two separate products, namely savings products and credit products. Both products are evaluated separately. The Bachelor thesis consists to two parties. First part is theoretical and characterizing the functioning building societies and describes product of building savings which is offered by building societies in Czech Republic. The second part is practical and attends to description of decision analysis and methods of multicriterial decision. On the base of this method are determined optimal variations. In the Thesis are presented two models examples, for which are defined single variations. Variations are evaluated through the use of Scoring an Fuller method. On the base of these methods are defined the most optimal variations, according to specified criteria.
