Počítačová simulace výstavby penzionu pro seniory

Abstract

Diplomové práce řeší počítačovou simulaci výstavby penzionu pro seniory. Práce obsahuje položkový rozpočet na celou stavbu, kromě technického vybavení a zařízení. Další součástí je harmonogram výstavby. Na základě těchto dvou podkladů a 3D modelu vytvořeného v programu ArchiCAD, byl vytvořen 5D model stavby, který znázorňuje samotnou výstavbu v čase a ním související čerpání finančních zdrojů. Součástí práce je i dokumentace v rozsahu pro provádění staveb.

The diploma thesis rifer the computer simulation of the construction of a house for the senior citizens. The work contains the elaborate budget for the entire construction, in addition to the technical equipment and installations. Another component of the work is the detailed timetable for the construction. On the basis of these two documents and the 3D model created in the program ArchiCAD, was created 5D model of the complete building, which shows itself in time and the associated disbursement of financial resources. Part of the work is in the range of documentation for real construction.
