BIM, data a stanovení nákladů životního cyklu stavby ve fázi provozu

Abstract

Kužmová, Kristýna, 2024. BIM, data and construction life cycle costing in the operational phase. Master thesis. Ostrava, VŠB - Technical University Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Urban Engineering, BIM engineering. Master thesis supervisor: Ing. Michal Faltejsek, Ph.D. The scope of the thesis is BIM, data and life cycle costing of the construction in the operational phase. The subject of the thesis is to identify and analyse relevant data within a BIM model that is necessary for determining the life cycle cost of a building in the operation and use phase. The aim of this work is to contribute to the improvement of the process of determining the life cycle cost of a building and to enhance the use of BIM technologies in the field of facility management. In this way, increased efficiency and sustainability in the management and use of buildings can be achieved. The result will be a process from data acquisition, data entry into the model, conversion into an operation and maintenance planning system and cost determination in the use and operation phase of the building. The thesis includes a research on the current opportunities associated with the use of BIM data for the assessment and management of costs within the construction life cycle. The thesis explores how BIM can contribute to a comprehensive and detailed assessment of the cost of building operation and maintenance. Emphasis is placed on the definition of key variables and parameters that are necessary for the correct calculation of the life cycle cost of a building.
