Zásobování stavebních objektů požární vodou z veřejné vodovodní sítě

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with fire-water supply from public water supply network in three chosen locations. The theoretical background describes the basic types of fire-water sources and basic measurement methods of volumetric flow rates of liquids. The last theoretical chapter includes evaluated statistical data presenting the fire-water supply as a function of fire area. The following chapters deal with analysis of sources of fire-water from public water supply network. The main subjects of analysis are technical condition of the water supply network, its coverage area, measured volumetric flow rate of water and hydrostatic pressure in chosen locations. The results of diploma thesis are complex evaluation of the current state of fire-water supply from public water supply network in town České Budějovice and proposal of the measures to be taken in order to improve its quality in chosen locations.
