Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on level of team cooperation evaluation in the men's team of the Basketball club Příbor. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the factors influencing team dynamics and to address the research questions. Two main research methods were used to collect data: a quantitative method through a questionnaire and a qualitative method through an interview with the team’s coach. The results of the questionnaire survey indicate that the teamwork in BK Příbor is at a high level, with players maintaining very good relationships and appreciating the role of the coach as an authority. On the other hand, certain challenges were identified, such as individualism and the imbalance of player positions, which may negatively impact team effectiveness.
