Stavebně energetická modernizace panelového domu na nulový standard

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je modernizace panelového bytového domu typu T 06 B (OL). Tato modernizace je navržena v z hlediska stavebního i tepelně technického. Cílem bylo snížit potřeby energií na nejnižší možnou míru a docílit tímto nulového standardu. Z hlediska stavebního byli hlavním požadavkem úpravy obálky budovy, jakožto výměna okenních i dveřních otvorů a zateplení objektu. Upravené konstrukce budou posuzovány podle hodnot pro pasivní domy, z důvodu absence hodnot pro nulové domy a domy blízké nulovému. Modernizace v rámci technického zařízení spočívá ve výměně zdroje tepla na vytápění, použitím fotovoltaických panelů na ohřev teplé vody a řízené větrání pomocí vzduchotechnické jednotky s rekuperací. Výsledkem práce bude nalezení způsobů, jak nejlépe zkvalitnit bydlení v panelových domech a přitom markantně snížit náklady na provoz stavby.

The topic of my thesis is the modernization of a prefabricated building type T 06 B (OL). This modernization has been designed in terms of construction and heating technology. The main purpose was to reduce the consumption of energy at the lowest possible level and achieve by this this to zero standard. In terms of construction were the main requirement modifications of the building structure as a replacement window and door openings, and the thermal insulation of the building. The modified design will be judged by the values for passive houses, because of the absence of zero values for homes and houses near zero. Modernization as part of the technical equipment consists in exchanging heat source for heating, by using solar panels for heating hot water and controlled ventilation, using air handling units with heat recovery. Result of this work should help to find ways to best improve housing in prefabricated buildings while significantly reducing the operations costs of the building.
