Zajištění BOZP při výkonu veřejně prospěšných prací a veřejné služby

Abstract

Bacelor's thesis deals with the evaluation of the current state of OSH in the execution of community service, public service and community work sentences on the basis of existing legislation, consultation with experts and experience from practice. There are described the relationship between subjects and their responsibilities in the performance of individual works. Gives a brief overview of OSH legislation and how it is used the area of OSH during execution of these works. Based on the findings are proposed remedies in the health and safety in the performance of individual works.
