The main task of the bachelor's thesis is financial comparison of variants of surface treatment of internal walls of the apartment building in Trenčín. Elaboration of project proposal an apartment building for a building permit and a technological part. Part of the bachelor's thesis is to focus on the technology of implementation of individual variants of internal walls. Furthermore, price comparison, handling, transport, the technology itself, the item budget of individual variants. The bachelor thesis follows up on the previous project of the subject Specialized project I. and II.
