Abstract

The main theme of the bachelor thesis is an analysis of payroll system and employee benefits in selected business company. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to provide basic information on the issue of payroll system and employee motivation in the Czech Republic. The next part deals with the description of benefits and tax treatment by the employer and the employee. The theoretical part is followed by a practical part. In this part the selected company is characterized. It is followed by an analysis of the payroll system and employee benefits in the selected business company. The practical part concludes with an evaluation of the questionnaire and suggestions for change. These changes concern the employee benefits provided.
