Bytový dům v Praze

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je vypracování částí projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby bytového domu. Práce taktéž obsahuje statický výpočet schodiště a návrh výztuže, tepelně technický výpočet vybraných obvodových konstrukcí budovy a posouzení akustických vlastností vybraných konstrukcí. Bytový dům je navržen ze zdicího systému Porotherm a keramických systémových stropů Porotherm, obálka budovy je zateplena kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS. Fasádní okna a dveře jsou plastové s izolačním trojsklem. Střecha plochá, jednoplášťová, zateplená s povlakovou krytinou z PVC fólie, přitíženou kamenivem.

V přízemí je jedna bytová jednotka, sklepy pro každý byt, úklidová místnost, kočárkárna, kolárna a technické místnosti. Ve druhém a třetím podlaží jsou byty.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the execution of parts of the project documentation for the construction of an apartment building. The thesis also includes static calculation of staircase and design of reinforcement, thermal technical calculation of selected building envelope structures and assessment of acoustic properties of selected structures. The residential building is designed from porotherm masonry system and porotherm ceramic system ceilings, the building envelope is insulated with ETICS contact insulation system. The facade windows and doors are plastic with triple glazing. The roof is flat, single skin, insulated with PVC foil coating, weighted with round aggregate. On the ground floor there is one apartment unit, cellars for each apartment, cleaning room, carriage room, bike room and technical rooms. On the second and third floors are apartments.
