Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of student loans in the Czech Republic, Great Britain, Germany and Sweden. The first part of this thesis focuses on general characteristics of the basic concepts associated with lending, loan types and loan division. The second part describes the range of student loans and the range of other products offered by banks in order to finance studies in selected countries. The last part is the application part of the thesis. It compares the selected student loans from different countries with each other. Comparison is based on the methodology that is described in the introduction to the last section.
