Abstract

The content of the Master’s Thesis covers the project documentation at the stage of building construction. It is a three-storey basement multifunctional building located in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm where a small café, offices for commercial use and 4 spacious apartments are situated. The technical report, elaboration of thermal technology assessments of partial commercial constructions, creation of building envelope energy label and static calculation of monolithic reinforced concrete staircase are also the part of the Master’s Thesis.
